A quick personal note here. I haven’t been as attentive to some of your blogs as I would like and that’s because my cookbook manuscript deadline is only a couple of weeks away. I’ve still got SO much to do! I hope to reconnect with you all – soon – not only via commenting, etc., but to announce the date and timeline for the next (big!) Virtual Vegan Potluck!
